Maruti Suzuki has launched its first battery electric vehicle (BEV) Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara in Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 at Pragati Maidan today. Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara is designed on a completely new Heartect-E platform. The company has given two battery options 49kwh and 61kwh in this electric car which provides power to high efficiency motor. E Vitara offers three drive modes of Eco, Normal and Sports. Talking about the range, the 61kwh variant once charged and provides a driving range of more than 500 km. Its bold design, advance features and comprehensive electric eco solution aims to bring a new option to the EV market at India and global levels. It has a unique regional braking system for better safety.
