The suite is available to premium customers worldwide starting today. The suite includes features such as AI-powered job search, resume and cover letter assistance, personalized learning, AI-driven expert assistance, and advanced tools for recruiters, marketers, and small businesses.

LinkedIn has a Press Statement detailed its new AI-powered features through LinkedIn. The new AI feature suite is now available to premium users. Job seekers can now leverage LinkedIn’s AI-powered job experience to streamline their search. Jobseeker Coach will allow users to search for jobs by asking in simple language, for example, “Find me a remote marketing job in Delhi that pays at least Rs. XXXXX.” Additionally, personalized cover letter suggestions as well as resume (CV) enhancements can help candidates stand out in the crowd.

The company says workplace skill fields are projected to change by 68 percent by 2030, leading LinkedIn to introduce personalized learning enhancements. This pilot program provides instant, AI-powered suggestions from industry leaders on LinkedIn Learning that provide practical, customized insights. Premium subscribers can interact with LinkedIn courses in real-time, asking for content summaries and topic clarifications.

LinkedIn has also released several new features for business. The company’s new Recruiter 2024 is now available globally in English. Small businesses can benefit from premium company pages, designed to drive growth with AI-guided messaging and custom CTAs.
