Huawei Triple fold Smartphone Mate XT to Have 2 Storage Variants, Launch on 10th September, Vivo, Samsung, Motorola

Chinese electronics company Huawei will launch its first tri-fold smartphone Mate XT on September 10. This smartphone has been listed on the company’s online store. This listing has revealed its design, camera module and colors. It will have four rear cameras.

Earlier, Huawei had given a teaser of the back panel of Mate XT. This is available on the company’s store smart fone It is listed in Swiss Red colour with dual-tone finish. It has an octagonal rear camera module with four quad cameras and LED flash. It also has XMAGE branding, which indicates imaging technology developed by the company. Mate XT also comes in a two-fold design. Its back panel has vegan leather finish with ‘Ultimate Design’ branding. The chassis of this smartphone has a gold finish. Its rightmost screen has a speaker grill with antenna band above it.

According to this listing, Mate XT will be available in two storage variants. It will include 512 GB and 1 TB. This smartphone will have 16 GB of RAM. Mate XT will be sold in China from September 20. This smartphone can have a 10-inch inner display. It will have two inward screens and one external screen. These displays will be connected via a dual-hinge system. Kirin 9 chipset can be given under the hood of this smartphone. It can also have features related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

With this smartphone, Huawei can give tough competition to South Korea’s Samsung in the rapidly growing market of foldable smartphones. American devices maker Apple is also planning to bring a clamshell style foldable device. Huawei launched the foldable smartphone Pocket 2 in February. It is the first clamshell foldable smartphone with four rear cameras. It has sensors on the top right corner of the back panel. Pocket 2 has Kirin 9000s as a processor. This smartphone was launched in China. It has been made available in up to 16 GB of RAM and four colors. Its 256 GB storage variant is priced at CNY 7,499 (about Rs 86,400), 512 GB is CNY 7,999 (about Rs 92,200) and 1 TB variant is CNY 10,999 (about Rs 1,26,800). It has 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
