Huawei Launches First Triple Fold Smartphone Mate XT Ultimate Design, 10.2 Inch Screen, 50 Megapixel Primary Camera

Chinese electronics company Huawei has launched the first tri-fold smartphone Mate XT Ultimate Design. Its screen is 10.2 inches when fully unfolded. The company has said that the display of this smartphone is made of flexible materials. It has a triple outer camera setup with a 50 megapixel primary camera.

This smart fone The base variant of the phone with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at CNY 19,999 (approximately Rs. 2,35,900). Its 512GB and 1TB storage variants are priced at CNY 21,999 (approximately Rs. 2,59,500) and CNY 23,999 (approximately Rs. 2,83,100) respectively. This smartphone is available in Rui Red and Dark Black colors. Its sale will start in China from September 20.

Specifications of Mate XT Ultimate Design

This dual SIM smartphone runs on HarmonyOS 4.2 out-of-the-box. Its screen is 10.2 inches (3,184 x 2,232 pixels) when unfolded. The flexible LTPO OLED screen of this smartphone is 7.9 inches (2,048 x 2,232 pixels) when folded once and 6.4 inches (1,008 x 2,232 pixels) when folded for the second time. The company has given information about its processor.

It has a 50-megapixel camera on the outside with optical image stabilization (OIS) and aperture between f/1.2 and f/4.0. The Mate XT Ultimate Design has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5.5x optical zoom and f/3.4 aperture. There is an 8-megapixel camera on its display for selfies and video calls. With this smartphone, Huawei can give tough competition to South Korea’s Samsung in the rapidly growing market of foldable smartphones.
