Bajaj Auto to Launch CNG Motorcycle Next Month

Bajaj Auto, one of the biggest automobile companies, has postponed the launch of its CNG motorcycle. It was to be launched on June 18. The company’s managing director, Rajiv Bajaj, had given this information. The company’s CNG motorcycle will be launched next month.

A media Report In a report, Bajaj Auto’s Executive Director, Rakesh Sharma said that the CNG motorcycle will be launched on July 17. However, it is not known what is the reason for the delay in its launch. This motorcycle will be in the 100-150 cc segment. Earlier, some leaks had said that the company’s CNG motorcycle may have two fuel tanks. One of these will be for petrol and the other for CNG. Its motor will be compatible to run on both types of fuel. However, its price may be higher than petrol-powered motorcycles. The reason for this is the increase in its manufacturing cost.

This year, Bajaj Auto can also introduce a 400 cc single cylinder Pulsar. The company’s Chetak electric scooter is also getting a good response from customers. Recently, a new variant of the Chetak electric scooter has been launched. It is being called Chetak 2901. Its price is Rs 95,998 (ex-showroom). Booking for this can be done online on the company’s website or at its showroom.

Delivery of the new variant of Chetak electric scooter will start from June 15. It will be made available in White, Lime Yellow, Azure Blue, Red and Black colours. Its ARAI range is more than 120 km. Customers buying it will also have the option to upgrade its features with TecPac. TecPac provides features like hill hold, reverse, sport and economy modes and music control. Chetak 2901 has a colored digital console, Bluetooth connectivity and alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The company has also prepared to increase the dealership network of Chetak electric scooter. Bajaj Auto launched a new version of Chetak electric scooter in March. It has new features. Its range was also increased. The company had said that the supply chain has also been improved to increase its manufacturing.
