Samsung Galaxy Buds FE Earbuds Explode in Woman Ear Damage Her Hearing Permanently

Samsung Galaxy Buds FE Reportedly, a woman’s TWS earbuds exploded suddenly while she was at work. This information is said to have been posted on a Samsung forum, where it was reported that a Galaxy Buds FE user in Turkey suffered hearing damage after the buds exploded at work. Incidents of smartphones exploding are often reported, but it is very rare to hear of a TWS earbud exploding, especially considering that most people do not get them repaired from a third-party repair shop, as is the case with smartphones, which are often blamed for fires or blasts. Samsung has also issued a statement on this incident and put forth its side.

Sadly, the post claims that the incident caused hearing damage to the woman. According to GizmoChina, AccordingIn this post, the user wrote that he gave Galaxy Buds FE to his girlfriend and the earbuds suddenly exploded.

The user further said that after the earbuds burst, he took them to the Samsung service center, but Samsung did not respond positively. The user says that Samsung only offered to give the user a new earbud. The user reportedly expressed disappointment in his post and said that he will further complain about it to Samsung and will not let this incident go.

The user wrote in his post that Samsung told him to “take it or leave it. If you want, you can pursue your legal rights.” The user further wrote, “I have been dealing with this issue for several months. We have everything, including the invoice, the date of the explosion, before and after photos, and a medical report stating that the explosion caused hearing loss.”

However, the post has now been removed and Gadgets 360 was unable to independently verify the post.
